I'm 18 and I'm already starting to feel really old.

Maybe it's the freedom and sense of responsibility that I've gained ever since I got my driving license, maybe it's the prospect of entering uni soon while seeing more and more of my friends enter uni...or maybe it's just the ever-increasing beard-growing region on my chin. Ah well..so if I made anyone older than I am feel old, I'm sorry, but you'll forever be older than I am 0=)

Sorry, twas just a random thought haha. Moving on...

My holidays have been a breeze. But I've yet to have a, what I call a 'lazy day' at home. You know, one of those days where you stay in bed till noon and have a 3 pm lunch followed by a movie marathon that's accompanied by some snacks and a handful of fizzy drinks. I don't think I can even afford a day like that anymore. And yet another reason for me to feel old!

But hey I'm not complaining. It's been a decent, laid-back holiday anyway. A few schoolworks here and there, hours in the gym, a couple of debate meetings, some outings with my girl, one or two wacky moments with my buds, a lil dose of golf and some good family time, all comfortably tailored to fit in within the last 7 days!

Ok I'll stop yapping and move on to something which involves some pictures. Dad and I have been bringing my cousin Hazim to the mini par-3 golf course to get him started. It certainly doesn't hurt that he has a knack of taking pictures and damn he takes awesome pictures, considering his only weapon is a conventional sony digital camera.

I also had a family gathering a few nights ago. Ngah Hj Talip wanted to celebrate his retirement and his children's excellent grades in recent exams. Twas a rather large gathering, well sadang. Lots arent here currently but it's definitely the largest gathering ever since my cousin's wedding mid last year. Had a few good laughs (big ones too) so it was all good (Y).

Bah thats it for now..expect more updates pretty soon though! :D

Fast Track

Yes Lina, I've lost my blogging mojo..but I'll try to gain it back =p

As you read this, I might be in a place where I haven't been in for a few weeks and dearly miss - my grandma's house - watching a football match with close relatives, a football match which I'm sure will be the focal point of many football fans in Brunei tonight. (Liverpool sucks)

Armed with a new haircut as of tonight, I can't help but feel excited and count every second till the short 10-day school break arrives. Haha I'm kidding. But I feel like I could really use a good break after a hectic fortnight or so thats worn me out mentally.



Nina and I have been doin' realllly goood =D We've been busy with school stuffs lately, but it's amazing how at the end of the day, we're able to lean onto each other, have a good night's sleep and still have time to go out a few times a week :) I love you!


Regarding the pictures of ISB BGIC VII's last day, ill post it up soon yea? It's already on my facebook anyway.

Before I end this post, a quick birthday shoutout to Rozie. Happy Birthday Rozie! =)

Oooo-kay, I'll just go straight to the point! My schedule's really tight nowadays.

Last Wednesday, after endless teasing and persuasion from my friends (esp Amali and Jeng=p), I somehow mananged to organize a reunion outing with my ex F5A mates =D

Come on, it's just another day!

Well yeah sometimes that's how I see it, 'just another day'. But nyeh, it shouldn't be that way. New Year's eve has always been fun to me. It doesn't hurt to celebrate :D I just don't get excited over these stuffs as much as I used to. Maybe it's one of the side effects of being 18? Not. hahaha.

I've been really busy these past few days so if I find some free time over the next few days, I'll make a more detailed post about my 2008 :) But one thing's for sure, pictures of yesterday's reunion thingy are to come!

Merry Xmas!

First of all, I wanna wish everyone a Merry Xmas. I hope I'm not late haha.


We had a last minute all-guys outing this afternoon. Haha last minute plans work for us! =p

So it was Jeng, Arun, Amali and yours truly, although Jeng joined us later in the afternoon. Everytime Arun, Amali and Yusof go out together they tend to do something stupid lol. So this afternoon they did something stupid again, although it was 'less' stupid this time.


We wore Santa hats around gadong! haha.

Then Jeng came and we went to Kiulap to play pool, something we havent done in ages!

And since Arun had to go home early, he dropped us off in Gadong and after Jeng and Amali were done bullying me, we headed off to cheezbox and stayed there till 10 or so. Had a really nice guy-to-guy talk with them. Lots of catching up and reminiscing. Damn, I feel old now haha.
