25th & 26th

Wow, the last few days have been, have been long. Memorable. Awesome. Sad in some ways too. Brabis...hahaha. Im sorry for the lack of updates, my weekend is not over yet but since I'm awake now I think I oughta start updating yes? =)

But before that, I'd like to express my gratitude to everyone who was there to celebrate with me, who greeted me, who gave me cards and presents, and to those who sang  birthday songs for me, you guys suck hahaha. In a good way of course! I'll touch on this on my next post :D

25th
Arguably the saddest day for students in MD, including myself too. The feeling of leaving MD didn't really sink in for me until...yesterday? I think I should go to school later, at least for a while. 

We had a mini-party thingy for my economics class. We've never really seen the emotional side of Mdm. Koh so it was pleasant to finally see a different side of her! And damn I'll be having new teachers for all my subjects next year:/

I think I shouldn't elaborate on what happened in the audi. After the urgent assembly that day, my maths class decided to drag our teacher, Mr. Stephen Chan to the ICT lab to show him a slideshow one of our classmate made since he's leaving to further his studies. It was all pretty emotional and yes I teared up since I had been holding it since the assembly haha.

A few of us stood up and gave short speeches but I don't think anything beats Mr. Stephen Chan's speech. He said the customary 'thank you to blablabla' before stopping dead on his tracks and cried. Man =\

26th
I spent the wee hours of that day making my speech. I was caught in a dilemma, I mean, it's my birthday eve and I'm soaked in the holiday mood thus I slacked off lah :/ but I don't like to lose haha. I thought I did a reasonably good job on my given topic and injected a lot of humour into a rather mundane topic.

Thanks for the support guys. You guys were ze bombbb! I can't blame the poor sound system since it was a handicap to all the speakers but my microphone stand was being moved around in the middle of my speech! Sigh. I personally detest the runner-up position as its..so close yet so far. 2nd place just means that you're the first loser hahaha.

Anyways congrats to the winner Alyssa, 3rd-placed Prashanth, Azeem and Rikianna. Alyssa did her 'job' (inside joke) well and deserved it. Prashanth's a very cool and laid-back guy hahaha was a pleasure hanging out with him. Goodluck for next year guys since both of you are staying in MD, but I'll be seeing you guys during BGIC! Wait, I just realised that all 5 of us are joining BGIC next year haha.

After the competition and all the formalities were done, I went  to the library and Wanna and her big-ass camera was there, so apa lagi =p

Apa ni, last minute eh. So yeah its confirmed that some of us are indeed moving, or wait maybe MOE can change their minds again? Tomorrow's 'urgent' assembly will be verryyy interesting then.



I got a new phone! The Sony 'Erection' c902! =D
Yea I was sakai the whole night yesterday. Remember the cartoon Dexter's Laboratory? Remember his annoying sister DeeDee (which I very much likened to my very own sister he-he)? Well I was like DeeDee last night going like 'What does this button doooooo?'

Anyways balum jua batah and my friends were already abusing it, especially the camera! hahaha. It was funny though, suddenly all of them became cam-whores hahaha. Hmm...there's nothing much to say. There'll be a mini-class party for my economics class tomorrow morning and I'm bringing along 2 cakes. Since my econs class will be the first block tomorrow, it'll be a breakfast party then =p

I have to start doing something about my speech for Wednesday if I don't want to shake like a vibrator or make a complete fool out of myself! Well maybe sometimes I'll be okay with it, but not on the eve of my birthday =p

Anyways guys I'm sorry for the lack of updates. I thought that after the exams I would be a free bird, but it turns out that I still have a 'leg' attached to my 'cage' if you get what I mean.


But nooooo, I had testS (notice that its in plural form) and that speech thingy. Mustafa managed to lure me into joining it haha screw you man!!! but Alhamdulillah I've gone through to the finals although I was shaking like a vibrator during the qualifying session this afternoon haha. I'm so screwed on Wednesday!

Bah bah I'll give you guys a real update soon! I haven't been on the net a lot lately you know. I haven't even talked to me bestbud Nadzri for quite a while now, haha I miss ya you asswhipe!

8th November

As promised, updates from last Saturday!


Malkan and I went off to Sweet Deli to help Arun pick up his girlfriend's birthday cake and boy, the streets were realllly jammed, especially when you consider that it was at 9-10 in the morning! It took me almost an hour to pick up the cake and buy all the spoons, forks, plastic plates, drinks blablabla.


And credits to the school canteen for being nice enough to store the birthday cake until lunch time! Makanan kamu nyaman! (this is a free promo for you guys so nada hutang lagi ah haha)


Anyways lets fast forward:

We went to McD soon after that

The day was superrr hot btw. Walking to and fro between MD and McD (whoa it rhymes lol) and the fact that I wasn't feeling well took a toll on me. I felt terrible, kinda like a cross in between the sensation of vomiting and passing out (labih tia) but nahh I think its one of those kind of high fevers you get once or twice a year. Hence, I was absent from school on monday =D not funny, I was suffering on my bed on that day.

At 2, Izzati 'sneaked into' MD. My dear, the way you entered the compound wasn't exactly JamesBond-like and although you tried to disguise yourself by wearing the MD uniform, I don't think you managed to prevent heads from turning! Nadawah, it's not really considered sneaking in you know, cause you're always welcomed back there =) Plus she actually did some of her homeworks, as she promised earlier. Amazing, I salute you! But in between, apa lagi =p:

Rumour of ze day (and possibly the rest of the week):

Plans to re-allocate a big portion of MD students to the new campus in Katok have apparently been scrapped, according to what I've been told from reliable sources. So much for all the talk eh?=p

A long sprint to the end

I promise I'll update properly this weekend! =) oh tomorow's 'VIP' day, die lah diee dieeee...haha nadadeh. It'll be alright, hopefully.




Both of my econs paper will be on Thursday and I'm pinning some hopes on that subject, but this afternoon's lesson just made me realise how rusty I still am in the AS syllabus (we've moved on to the A2 syllabus for a few weeks already), which is why I'm cutting short this entry lol.

Anyways...



AJ, Dinah and Fizah wanted to bring me out to McD yesterday. So I brought along Fatin and Ina. Then Afiq wanted to bring me out too with his friends but then he ended up joining me cos he was ditched by his friends since they couldnt wait for him to finish his classes lol kesian. Hafiz Sulaiman joined us too. Before I forget, Happy Birthday to you Fiz and yeah at last your legal now huh haha.

Oh yeah, we had a minor change of plans. Fizah and Dinah weren't able to make it and Fatin, Ina and I were craving for something else that wasn't McD. Since I found out at the very last minute that Luqman, KA, T-pain and the others were heading off to cheezbox so we just joined them lah. But as I found out this morning, they were actually trying to 'hide' from us..*cough* *cough* sorry dude. And yeah 'I GOT SHOULDER-ED BIG TIME' LOL inside joke.

As usual, the girls did all the picture snapping. I wish I could bring my camera more often for the sake of making this blog more lively, but I just feel uncomfortable going out with more than my phone and my wallet. You know, just the necessities. Cameras are..bulky lol. Ok I'll stop blabbing here. Credits to AJ for the pictures! I've yet to get a really funny video from Fatin though, nantitah Tin ah? =) I've more open houses to attend to for the rest of the week so IF I'm rajin enough I'll blog about them :)
